When do orders open and close?

Orders open 1st–14th of each month and ship at the end of the month.

Can I place an order after the 14th?

No β€” once the order window closes, we begin preparing all orders. Orders reopen the following month.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we prepare orders in small batches, orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed.

When will my order ship?

Orders ship at the end of the month. You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order is on the way.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timelines vary by location.

How long does shipping take?

East Coast: 1–2 business days
Midwest / South: 3–5 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes β€” free shipping on orders over $100. Exceptions apply to frozen products.

Why does shipping cost vary by location?

Shipping costs increase with distance because:

  • Orders require insulated packaging
  • Gel ice packs are added for temperature control
  • Packages are heavier
  • Transit times are longer

LOCAL PICKUP

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes β€” Massachusetts pickup is available and can be selected at checkout.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

Pickup orders will be ready during the last week of the month. You’ll receive a text or email with pickup details.

PRICING, SETS & DISCOUNTS

What does β€œset” mean?

A set refers to one selected product option (e.g., one pack of meat pies or one pack of puff puff).

How does the bulk discount work?

Buy 3 or more sets of the same item and receive 20% off that item. The discount applies automatically at checkout.

Can I mix items to qualify for the bulk discount?

No β€” bulk discounts apply only when purchasing multiple sets of the same item.

STORAGE & REHEATING

How should I store my pastries?

If not consuming immediately, refrigerate your pastries. Some items can also be frozen.

How do I reheat items?

Reheating instructions are included with your order and listed on product pages. Heating times may vary by item.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Do you accept returns or refunds?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and items so we can review the issue.

FROZEN & PERISHABLE ITEMS

We take great care in preparing, packaging, and shipping your order. These measures allow us to safely serve customers beyond the East Coast while maintaining the quality you expect from Adepa Bites.

Why are some items shipped frozen?

For customers outside the East Coast, certain items (like our meat pies) are shipped frozen to maintain freshness and food safety during transit. Longer shipping distances require additional temperature control.

How are frozen orders packaged?

Frozen orders are:

  • Fully baked and frozen before shipping
  • Sealed and packed in insulated liners with gel ice packs

This helps keep products cold throughout the shipping journey.

What should I do when my frozen order arrives?

Please bring your package inside as soon as possible.

  • Refrigerate or freeze immediately upon arrival
  • Follow the reheating and storage instructions included with your order
  • Products are best enjoyed within a few days once thawed

Will items still be frozen when they arrive?

In winter months, items often arrive frozen or partially frozen. In warmer conditions, items may arrive chilled but safe if handled promptly.
